As we know that Gavin Rossdale married Gwen Stefani on September 14, 2002 at St. Paul’s Church in London. I want to post about the wedding dress that used by Gwen, the pink wedding dress wore John Galliano for Dior gown from the London ceremony, this time paired with a Georgian pendant of pink tourmaline, peridot and diamonds by Neil Lane.

The couple exchanged traditional Anglican vows in front of 150 family and friends.Stefani was chauffeured to the church in a blue 1970s Rolls-Royce, making a dramatic entrance to the ceremony approximately one hour late.

Wedding Ceremony: Arielle and Ian in New York, NY

Snowflakes, icicles and Central Park scenes create an enchanted wedding ceremony.


Arielle wore a beaded Reem Acra gown, and Ian was decked out in a Ted Baker suit.


The chuppah was flanked by snow-covered trees, branches and romantic votive candles.


The open wrought-iron gates and snow-covered pine tree served as a wintry welcome to guests as they headed to the ceremony.


The escort-card table was topped with urns made of ice and filled with crushed glass and ice branches.


The main ballroom's illumination subtly changed colors throughout the night, and the hanging silver disco balls perfectly reflected the light.


The couple's grand entrance re-created a scene from one of their favorite movies, The Chronicles of Narnia, in which the landscape was transformed from vibrant spring to cool winter.


A branchy arrangement holding tea lights and surrounded by larger votives was placed on a table as a creative way to light the room.

Destination Celebrity Wedding Decoration Stylish Indian Affair Spring 2010

Celebrity planner, Michelle Rago, takes us inside the lavish destination wedding. "Tents made of hand-lashed bamboo were constructed for the ceremony and luncheon. We covered the tables in pale yellow and then with white lace. Beautiful white roses and orchids were clustered in small glass vases for a series unobtrusive centerpieces. The white cloth napkins were embroidered with the couple’s monogram."


We hand strung tuberose in 3 foot fringe to hang around the perimeter of the tents.


Thousands of ribbons hung from the center of the tent a beautiful design element that moved gently in the breeze.


We created a more traditional look for the Mehndi or henna ceremony. Bright red and blue fabrics covered the seating area that was illuminated by lanterns, mirrored garlands and candles placed throughout.


A comfortable seating area was set up in the tent for guests to mingle. Gobos were fashioned into a paisley pattern and projected on to the wall. The pattern rotated and changed colors adding a heightened sense of drama to the room.


Traditional chairs around the fire became a perfect place for conversation in the after lounge.


A more formal tone was created for the final reception dinner. Metal armatures with branches held hand-crafted crystals that reflected the candlelight at its base and the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. Chairs with fitted gold covers added richness to the room.

The couple had 250 guests at their four-day November 2008 event in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, near Sánchez's hometown. The ceremony was held at Castillo de San Cristóbal, a fort in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Crystal bouquet jewelry made Sánchez's tropical bouquet pop. The bride added matching touches to her satin wrap.


The Dress(es)
The crystal-and-pearl-embellished silk organza gown (center) Sánchez wore for the ceremony had only one glitch. The actress slipped into the flirty silk-satin chiffon dress with feathers (right) for her first dance, and wore the silk-and-organza gown (left) later in the night.

"For this outdoor ceremony in California, I wanted the beauty of nature to shine through. We created two floral arches covered in rose garlands leading to the gazebo which we draped in roses and wisteria.


Opposites Attract
"I created this Winter Wonderland wedding in Florida. I loved the juxtaposition of the warm location and the cool, icy look of the ceremony. Winter Wonderland has definitely become a specialty of mine."


Farm Charm
"For this ceremony, which took place on my client's farm, we filled the barn with oversized trees decorated with autumn leaves, crystal accents, and hanging votives. This is one of my favorites because I got to bring nature indoors."


Hamptons Hot
"In this structural tent that I designed, I tried to make the ceiling look like the night sky. The tent was draped with tailored white fabric and uplit with several shades of blue. To contrast the intense blue of the ceiling, I chose rich reds for the tables and chandelier and we used an ornate damask tablecloth to echo the regal tone of the event."


Winter Wonderland
"This is the famous Melissa Rivers Russian Winter Wonderland, the Winter Wonderland that lead to all the others! We brought in over twenty trees, which were all ornamented with white flowers, crystals, and hanging candles and then washed over in blue lighting.


Statement Making
"This was a crest we created to adorn the aisle for an outdoor wedding. I am a big believer in greeting guests with dramatic statements. We used moss and roses with a touch of hydrangea to create this elaborate floral sculpture."
